OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY PARISH SCHEDULE FOR LENT 2025

LENT 2025: Ash Wednesday is March 5th, and it begins the Holy Season of Lent. 

Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are days of both fast and abstinence.  All other Fridays of Lent are days of abstinence.    

ASH WEDNESDAY: Masses will be at 8:00 AM,  12:00 PM, and 5:30 PM.  Ashes will be distributed during each of the three Masses.

HOLY WEEK SCHEDULE

PALM SUNDAY (April 13th)  7:30 AM Mass and 10:30 AM Mass~Easter Display in parish gym following 10:30am Mass and from 5:30-7:00 PM.                                                                                  

MONDAY OF HOLY WEEK (April 14th)  8:00 AM Mass                                          

TUESDAY OF HOLY WEEK (April 15th)  8:00 AM Mass                                                                           

WEDNESDAY OF HOLY WEEK (April 16th)  5:30 PM Mass...Confessions immediately following Mass.  Two priests will be available.                                                                              

HOLY THURSDAY (April 17th) 7:00 PM Mass of the Lord’s Supper                                                    

GOOD FRIDAY (April 18th)  3:00 PM Stations of the Cross~7:00 PM Service of the Lord’s Passion                                              

HOLY SATURDAY (April 19th)  7:30 PM EASTER VIGIL                                                                          

EASTER SUNDAY (April 20th)   7:30 AM Mass and 10:30 AM Mass~Easter Display in parish gym following 10:30am Mass                                                                                                          

SPECIAL NOTES FOR HOLY WEEK

*There will be an 8:00 AM weekday Mass only on Monday & Tuesday.  On Wednesday, the weekday Mass will be at 5:30 PM (No 8:00 AM Mass on Holy Thursday or Good Friday.)                                                                                     

* There will be NO 4:00 PM Mass on Holy Saturday (April 19th)                                                                                                 

*Attending the Easter Vigil Mass on Holy Saturday does fulfill your Sunday Mass obligation.                                                       

*There are no confessions on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, or Holy Saturday.                                                                                        

*A reminder that Good Friday is a day of both fast and abstinence.                                                                                                               

The Easter Vigil Mass, on Saturday, April 19th, will begin at 7:30 PM.  This is the earliest that this Mass can begin this year due to the time of the sunset for that day. EASTER KID’S TREAT

Easter Treat-Please try to plan on bringing the little ones to the 10:30 AM Mass on Palm Sunday, April 13th and the 10:30 AM Mass on Easter Sunday, April 20th. ***Additional time added on Sunday, April 13th from 5:30-7:00 PM.***  Immediately following these Masses, everyone is invited to our upstairs gym in the Parish Center to see and enjoy Father Pat’s large Easter inflatables collection and display.  The Easter Bunny will be here with a couple of his friends for pictures.  Each child will receive  a Jesus Easter coloring/activity book and crayons and a candy treat.  Please help us get the word out..
